Local SEO Search is seeking an experienced and motivated digital marketing specialist. The desired candidate will take initiative, share fresh ideas and work closely with the current marketing team to create and implement marketing funnels and strategies. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with multiple internal teams and ideally have a vast understanding of online growth, sales funnels and drip campaigns. You will utilize a large range of skills to help Local SEO Search expand its online reach and hit marketing goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with internal teams to create marketing and email funnels to bring in warm leads for our online community and SEO services
• Develop a concrete marketing strategy to increase brand recognition and awareness
• Create copy for emails, funnels, etc. 
• Amplify company content and brand awareness through identified social visibility
• Research industry trends and best practices to support promotion and amplification of content and education through online communities
• Reporting on project progress and engaging with team members to pivot plans
• Understanding our ideal buyer persona of small business owners/service-based businesses and engaging with them
• Developing ideal customer avatars and strategies to engage them 
• Focus on differentiating our brand and message from other competitors in the industry
• Taking a proactive, problem solving approach to our current marketing strategies to deliver maximum results and ROI
• Calling and communicating directly with associated business partners, which includes being comfortable on the phone
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically with marketing funnels
• Experience creating and implementing brand strategies 
• Proven track record of successful campaigns with proof of results
• Knowledge of best practices for marketing strategies 
• The ability to nurture campaigns and relationships for best results
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service and solving problems
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong technical skills with online platforms
• In depth research skills and the ability to dig deep and find data and information online
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• The ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Thrives in collaborative work environments where idea sharing is a must
• Experience in B2B or service-based businesses is an asset but not a requirement
